Ponto de Vista - Coimbra

A historic property in a great location! Our gracious and friendly host had many suggestions for family friendly activities, most that were in walking distance. The home was spacious, clean, and we were very comfortable as a family with three small children. Would definitely book again in the future! Thank you, Pedro!

Pedro was very accommodating explaining about the property and what to do in Coimbra. he sent us many links to the local attractions.

Pedro was fantastic!!! He had all kinds of helpful information about everthing, showed us around the property and was a great guy. I was kind of sad when I realized we probably would never see him again. Well you never know, right? The place is amazing with a patio on an upper garden that looks out over the river and all of Coimbra. Incredible view! Bathroom is large, new and everything works as it should.

Close to a student concert event for start of school year at University with partying students and loud thumping music from 12:00am-6:00am every night. However this was only a timing issue for our stay. The place is great

Pedro was an amazing host who has considered every detail of what you might need for your stay. He went above and beyond on arrival and departure. Gave lots of local advice and happy to answer queries during our stay. Immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teens If visiting Coimbra (we visited for a family wedding) this is a fantastic place to stay and wow- what amazing views from the rooftop garden! Thank you Pedro.

Very spacious Amazing views of the university and hillside in the evenings A beautiful garden filled with lavender, gardenias, roses, fruit trees, there was a beautiful aroma every time you opened a window or door Parking if needed Great owner. He reached out when the heat spiked during our visit and made some suggestions of a riverside beach.

Pedro is an outstanding host, and his 16th century home is gorgeous. Walkable to downtown Coimbra. The views from the rooftop garden are incredible. Lovely place to stay.

Nice location and facilities. Great for our family of five. Pedro was extremely extremely hospitable and attended to some of our needs even on Xmas day. The kitchen and rooms are very good.

The view is blocked by a wall but if you go up to the garden patio, you can see the river and the University on the hill Only one bath but with two toilets.
