The home has everything you could need ready for your use, just like my own home. Helpful signs everywhere, disposable toiletries in case you forget something, and courtesy messages in the app to see if there are any questions we may have during our stay. Smart TVs in almost all rooms for entertainment was a plus. Didn't get to play a round of pool in the basement, but that was also a nice amenity.

There was pretty much nothing I could complain about. I suppose there is no dishwasher.. which isn't really anything negative.

The house is located in a reasonably safe adeas and was very well kept. Everything was clean and presented with a personal touch. The decor is very inviting, very clean and up to date. Upon entrance we were given very clear and precise instructions for entry. The bedrooms are well put together with all the accoutrements needed to make our stay comfortable. Well stocked bathrooms and a healthy supply of cleaning products. These owners seemed to think of everything and were the most hospitable and accommodating, it made my first booking of a home with Booking.com a pleasurable experience.

Smooth booking process, Access to the property, location to the freeway and surrounding areas was great.

Cozy, cute interior with everything our family of 4 needed. Close to Grosse Pointe, where we were visiting family.

Bad neighborhood - the house next door had broken windows. The business on the other side had a constantly barking guard dog chained outside. There were also huge bright lights on all night from the business next door. The house was on the corner from a Main Street with run down or shuttered stores and businesses. I grew up in the Bronx and didn’t feel safe in this neighborhood.

The property has been very well maintained and the decor is elegant and appropriate. Lots of nice touches like a bottle of wine for the guests and any toiletries that may have been forgotten. Older neighborhood but the homes are very well maintained.

Perhaps a little clearer in the fine print that the cleaning fee is separate, unlike AirBNB.
