Location, bedrooms great, sitting area comfortable, log fire, hot water plentiful and good shower. Orford is a lovely place with the Castle, Quay, Pinney's for fish and three decent places for a drink and food. Pump Room bakery pricey and upmarket- pity closed Monday and Tuesdays.

Cooking facilities awkward to use- the hob rediculous to try to use and restricted working space. The tone of the handbook verged on hectoring. Some crockery was dirty. Such a pity as took the edge off what was potentially super.
