Bike store was good and coffee machine and milk in the fridge. Shower and bath was nice Nice and warm Smart TV in living room Cctv on property

Sofa was covered in crumbs when we arrived, bathroom sink work surface has toothpast marks it cleaned up easily but was clearly not cleaned well. Hair in shower Overall not very well cleaned but didn't matter that much for a group of guys but family's may not be so accepting radiator in one of the rooms not getting hot so room stayed cold be tried bleeding it and turning valves on but has a fault Kitchen tv has no remote anywhere so can use it Overall it was fine for our stay but we have stayed in better places at cheaper prices It's in a pretty rough area. Turned up to 8 year old swearing at the you get kids I the streat follow by the dad coming out and swearing at the 8 yesr old boy. We were a bit worried about our vans. Not recommended for a family stay but fine for a moutian bike trip.

nicely decorated and spacious house with a great kitchen

initially a bit untidy outside and not enough crockery for 8 but it was quickly resolved by the owner.

Parking was tricky as don't want to upset neighbours

Lovely house, great facilities. Handy for Bike Park Wales. Great value. Good communication from host. Great to have bike storage.

Could do with locks on the bathroom doors.
