Relax in Kenmure

Large and nice breakfast provided

Excellent facilities, well equipped with breakfast/food necessities, comfortable beds, great heating so warm house, perfect bathroom facilities for our group of 5 adults (3 women, 2 men - mainly consisting of family).

The couple of hiccups we experienced were rectified immediately so our overall experience of this property and the people connected with it was excellent and we would not hesitate to use again for a group.

Nice interior, plenty of rooms and super comfortable beds with electric blanket provided. Basic breakfast is prepared in the pantry, stable wifi, other facilities as advertised. Love the location and the scenic view.

Closed all windows & doors but somehow big flies kept coming in. No idea where did they come from. Some towels have an unpleasant smell (probably not dried properly). Would be nice if there's a heater in the toilet to avoid freezing at night during chilly winter. Ramp down to the unit is not smoothly paved out (big square tiles) so if you have large or heavy roller suitcase, be prepared for it to get stuck in between tiles before you reach the unit. Clearing trash/used dishes & cutleries are common with other places, but for this unit; expect to remove used sheets/pillowcases too. This somehow made me question the hygiene level (yes fully support the eco-approach to trust the guest to only remove what they use) but this could easily become double-edged.

Everything was comfortable and easy, style was very unique but enjoyed it, plenty of heaters everywhere, had everything we needed!

There was only enough laundry powder for 1 wash, and the washing machine being out and shared was a bit confusing, partly on us for not looking hard enough but when we read the form we understood, might be a good idea to have a poster on that door leading to laundry indicating that this is the door to get to laundry? The water tempreture changed freqeuently between hot and cold, unsure if this is normal but it really burned my head! was warm then went extremely hot then cold again, was difficult to find a good tempreture. These were very minor in the grand scheme of the overall house because it was awesome, comfortable and had everything we needed!

Kenmure was everything the advertising said it was. Great off street parking. Opened the door to be greeted with a beautifully warmed environment. Loved the decor which is I interesting and vibrant. Modern appliances made it easy for the great continental breakfast provided that included fresh bread 2ltrs of milk and a selection of coffees and teas. Would we book again? YES!
