Panta Rei

Beautiful accomodation. Great location .

A little more communication on directions and breakfast could be improved .

Everything!!! The property is tucked away in a quiet part of the city. As soon as you walk in you see everything is catered to Love! The room was gorgeous as wonderfully appointed and the. You get to the bathroom / spa! WOW! A cave! Your own private whirlpool in a cave. Amazing how they were able to set this up. There is also a sound system set up so that you can listen to music while you bathe. The room will feel warm humid when you first arrive. But you quickly get used to it and the a/c helps as well. Daniela, the hostess, was amazingly helpful with everything. Happy to answer any question we had and always ensuring we were well taken care of. This started with the complementary wine and snacks. Breakfast was included as well in the form of a light fare in the room of sweet croissants, pound cake and other goodies. We quickly learned that most Italians will eat a croissant (cornetto) and a coffee for breakfast. The snacks were perfect to help get the day going. All this to say is that if we ever go back to Ostuni we will most definitely be going back to Panta Rei. Highly recommended and a wonderful stay…bar none.

Such a great stay in Panta Rei - fabulous apartment in a great location, with every possible amenity you could want. We only wish we had longer here! Would highly recommend to anybody staying in Ostuni.

We were met at the station which was very kind The apartment was in a great location We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the towels and robes were good quality We liked the little terrace outside and the neighbourhood

Obviously the bathroom is amazing as it’s built into the rock and has this small pool - however the whole place smelled of chlorine and the bathroom was like a sauna. As there were no instructions on how to work anything we didn’t manage to get the hydro massage jets to work and actually the water temperature in the pool was quite cool. As other people have mentioned there were problems with the air conditioning and the bathroom door didn’t close. Breakfast was included and there were baskets of packaged snacks. Our host didn’t speak much English, which is absolutely fine, but meant we didn’t really understand her instructions about going to a cafe for coffee and croissants. We found the cafe but it wasn’t good and we felt uncomfortable not knowing if they were expecting payment. Considering what we paid I think vouchers for the nearby cafe Gilda would have been better. On the whole we were disappointed with our stay given how much we’d paid

The coffee machine… it just wasn’t easy to use.

The property was outstanding. Close proximity to the main piazza, right in the heart of the old town. The property is in the ZTL, however public (paid) parking outside the ZTL was available and was a short walk from the property. The accomodation itself was beautiful, very spacious for the city and clean. The bathroom area is a real highlight and it was perfect to relax in the warmed pool. We didn’t find the noise from the pool filter to be disturbing, however it can be deactivated if preferred. The host was lovely, and provided a full minibar of various drinks, as well as a bottle of wine - all of which was complimentary and greatly appreciated! Nice and plentiful selection of simple breakfast items in the accommodation, which was a nice way to start each morning. Truly a stunning place to stay during a visit to Ostuni - we would love to return again!

Not a major issue, but the TV was difficult/impossible to use newer streaming apps such as Netflix or Disney, and we could not connect our phones to stream to the TV either. Maybe a newer TV is needed, but again, not a major issue at all!

Facilities were great and location was very central to everything.

The smell of chlorine was a bit strong throughout the apartment. As the lock on the door to the bathroom was locked we couldn’t keep it shut.

The host was super helpful and communication despite the language barrier was perfect and helpful. Very generous welcome with a bottle of wine. Air condition was good and location was fantastic. The bath tub/jacuzzi was not working very well, but we were not too bothered about it. Very clean in every sense! Loved the place and the outdoor terrace area too! Can’t fault it! Coffee machine was so nice too!

Not much to say perhaps just the bath tub needs looking into.

Our stay in Panta Rei was amazing. From the wonderful location to the unique apartment to all of the benefits from snacks and a bottle of wine. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was heavenly and so romantic. We loved every part of this room and wished we could have stayed longer. The town of Ostuni was great fun in both the day and night and well worth visiting as well

I can't say anything bad about this place.
