Bien situé, proche du quartier historique. Les indications données par la société très pratiques pour se garer et ils sont très agréables.

La hauteur sous plafond de la chambre à l'étage est un peu trop juste mais rien de dramatique

La struttura é vicina a tutti i servizi. Si raggiunge il centro storico in pochi minuti a piedi

Al nostro arrivo ci é stata data una struttura che non corrispondeva a quella prenotata. La struttura prenotata da me era situata in una via ed era dotata di aria condizionata e quella che ci é stata data si trovata in un'altra via e senza aria condizionata. Ho contattato la referente e si é giustificata dicendo che io avevo prenotata quella che mi erà stata assegnata perché l'altra era occupata. Quindi mi stavo sbagliando. "L'aria condizionata dovrebbe esserci" mi dice e io le dico che non c'è e lei mi dice che avrebbe portato un ventilatore. Sinceramente se prenoto una struttura con aria condizionata deve averla e non mi accontento del ventilatore. Dopo averle detto che mi sarei rivolta al servizio clienti Booking, mi ha trovato un altro alloggio (gestiscono molti alloggi). L'alloggio che mi é stato dato aveva l'aria condizionata ed era carino se non fosse stato che il 2giorno del nostro pernottamento, siamo rientrati in stanza nel tardo pomeriggio e abbiamo trovato 2 ragazzi che stavano sistemando la persiana all'interno del nostro alloggio senza essere stati avvisati. Anzi la referente mi ha inviato un messaggio quando noi avevamo già trovato la sorpresa (TROVARE 2 PERSONE NEL NOSTRO ALLOGGIO SENZA ESSERE AVVISATI E SENZA IL NOSTRO CONSENSO VISTO CHE CI SONO AFFETTI-BENI PERSONALI). La referente si é giustificata dicendo che era una situazione di pericolo per la persiana e dovevano intervenire subito. FOLLIA!! attenzione che loro hanno tanti alloggi su booking quindi fate attenzione perché sono dei lavativi e non sanno gestire ne le strutture ne gli ospiti! Esperienza che non consiglio a nessuno.

Posizione ottima vicinissima al centro

In fase di prenotazione mi è stato fornito un link che ricollegava alla tipologia di appartamento prenotato ovvero Biancostuni 81 che citava terrazza e Wi-Fi ( caratteristiche che hanno influenzato la nostra scelta ) ma all’arrivo nessuna delle due era presente descrizione sul sito diretto quindi da rivedere perché fuorviante, zanzariera rotta e lavandino gocciolante per quanto la receptionist sia stata gentile nel proporci un manutentore, ho fatto presente che questo tipo di controllo va fatto prima dell’arrivo dei clienti. Scala difficoltosa da salire e non presente in descrizione.

When we reached the address and arrived at the property address, we realised that we have to go to the "office" to pay and get the keys. After I started to receive messages on Viber about our booking I realised that the apartment is on another address actually, but the most terrible part - as we are a family of 5, booking offered two apartments, but the apartments where on different locations so at that time when we realised that, canceling the reservation means loosing our money and stay in Ostuni with no accomodation and 3 children, who already were extremely tired of waiting for a place to rest anyway. So we took the keys, all of us stayed in just one of the apartments of course, not wanting to loose more time of finding each other later on. The apartment we stayed was terrible. In the evening when we returned from dinner we realised that there is no warm water to take a shower. So we didn't shower of course. In the morning I tried to make a coffee but the it wasn't possible as the gas herd didn't have gaz. And the most comic part was that the apartment we stayed, and the host said it's for 3 people, actually had just two water bottles in the fridge. So bad experience with this accomodation. We didn't enjoy staying in Ostuni , was absolutely terrible.

We were allocated a different property which was a little closer to the centre. Parking can be a problem especially if you wish to use your car during the day like us to visit the beach.

Parking not stressful but difficult.

Beautiful apartments, great communication with the host , very clean and close to restaurants and shops. Overall had a great stay .
