The house was too cold, but the blankets and electric heater helped

Beautiful location with easy access to the centre of Funchal by bus or car. Very spacious villa, ideal for a family vacation.

Because of the unseasonal high temperatures fans in the bedrooms would have made sleeping more comfortable. A parasol for the top balcony would also have been a bonus.

A comfortable property with a choice of bedrooms and bathrooms and huge kitchen which were all very clean. The location was close to a bus route enabling easy travel into Funchal or up to Monte for the garden and cable car. There was more than adequate parking space for one car. Tiago gave us lots of advice and suggestions.

Nothing for us I am pleased to say.

Good value for money. Very spacious villa, well equipped, views are spectacular, quiet, only some barking dogs in the morning :) Far away from the center of the city and any supermarket, but as we used to have rented cars during all the stay there were no issue to "climb" into a mountain. Tiago is very helpful, friendly and hospitable host.

The house is suffering from a damp problem, we think. And it means there's unwanted moisture.

up in the mountains if your driving then the town centre everything you need is abit out of the way
