Response from the property manager regarding the freezer issue was promptly addressed

We couldn't use the freezer as it kept on freezing up, and drawers could not be opened even after the property manager sent someone to sort out the issue

The windows aren’t doubled glasses. It would be at night if you don’t turn the heaters on.

"The perfect base to discover Oxford and south western England!"

Great location just opposite Oxford's city centre, close to the railway station AND still in a relatively green spot between two canal arms. Helpful people from the agency who arranged house keeping at our request. Comfortable rooms, sober but stylish. The decoration in the house (impressive Mercator map carpet in the living room, comfy chair there,...). Nice little garden helps to cool down in the heatwave.

Relatively little storage space in one of the bathrooms, but nice to have two bathrooms in a three bedroom apartment anyway.
