Super ausgestattetes und großes Haus für bis zu 8 Personen, 2 Bäder, auch Strandhandtücher, Grill und Terrasse, sehr sauber und sehr viele Tipps für Restaurants, einkaufen, Aktivitäten vor Ort

Trotz super netten Kontakt per WhatsApp leider kein persönlicher Empfang, Unterkunft am westlichen Ende der Insel, daher Mietwagen erforderlich, im Bad oben etwas Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The location is really easy to find and also makes the rest of the island very accessible from there. A lovely (and delicious) touch was the welcome pack left for us from Amy 😊 There are a couple of restaurants and snacks bar and small supermarket close by.

Nobody's fault...but the weather wasn't great...c'mon booking.com sort it out! 😂 But the plus side was cosy nights in front of the wood burner... absolutely no complaints about the accommodation 😊

Very spacious, very clean and exceptionally well equipped. Amy, the host, was very helpful and friendly. We loved the welcoming gifts of cakes and biscuits. We had a lovely week and would highly recommend Casa Quinta das Férias. 5*****

The property is located in a beautiful area, Well equipped, the beds very comfortable. There were some items for a breakfast (although breakfast is not included)

- The property was impeccably clean and had everything one might need during their holidays. - Well equipped kitchen and an outside bbq area. - The location was convenient for exploring half of the island, we did great hikes in the area. - The host was very friendly, quick to reply to our questions, and was kind to leave snacks& juice for our arrival.

- The property is big and is suitable for large groups. It was just two of us, so we were a bit uncomfortable in the big house of two floors and it felt less like a holiday stay and more like staying in someone's house while they were away. - The wi-fi worked well in the living room/kitchen but did not reach the bedroom. Perhaps because it was the furthest one on the ground floor. - The outside area has a bbq and a big table, however, it lacked plants and green, so we found it not so cosy to stay there. - There are some restaurants nearby, but nothing we found appealing so we ended up driving 10-15 minutes. Overall, it is a nice stay for large groups and a good location to explore half of the island. I would use it for half of the stay.

The villa is amazing, well kept traditional style, clean and comfortable, beds are really comfy, washing machine avaliable and drying area no need to carry too much clothes , only 5 minutes away close to supermarket and some traditional restaurants and only 1p minutes away from sete cidades.

Only the drive way a bit narrow just a bit more attention to go trough.

The accommodation was excellent. We were also given something for breakfast, even though it was not required. Large room spaces, large equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was available.

I don't know if it was the weather or it's always but it was very humid here, bathing suits and towels didn't dry hanging outside on the line or inside the house.

Ample indoor and outdoor space with good cooking facilities and parking.

A little bit humid however the dehumidifier works wonders

Big well equipped house. Spacious. All you need to cook yourself, even if you can't bring all your clothes there is a laundry machine.

Being on an island brings humidity with you, so also in the house. Suggestion: a dishwasher and AC with dehumidification function could be useful.

The house is big and cozy and comfortable, there is a fire place and a wood supply that kept the house warm. Very well equiped, some groceries waited for us in the kitchen. We got very quick answers and help from the owner who was very friendly.
