The Timber Barn South Downs West Sussex Sleeps 18

Quirky interior, basic but comfortable. Nice garden and wonderful dining hall. The interior made us smile.

Needed some maintenance, loose toilet seat and door handles fell off.

It was very spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Owners were very generous and helpful when we needed to resolve a matter with Booking.com

The house sleeps 18 but the television is so very small and strangely located that no more than three people could see it at one time. The sofas need replacing. While searching down the back of the light sofa for a child’s toy we found several items of property that presumably belonged to previous guests.

only downside was the water pressure in the showers but not a big problem when compared with the rest of the facilities

Just amazing - the place was perfect for our 17 person hen do and the house is quirky, massively spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were all very clean, they even left us chocolates and a bottle of fizz. All correspondence before and after has been quick and so helpful. The hall was huge and we used to for a dance class, a meal with a private chef and a disco - just unbelievable!

Nothing at all - it was perfect!
