Beautifully Decorated, Modern Downtown Houston Home

I do not recommend this place. We arrived exhausted after a 14-hour flight. My husband came here for medical treatment. I had informed the owner in advance about our arrival time. We were in shock. We couldn’t get inside because a cleaning lady had only just started her work. It was around 5:00 PM (check-in is from 3:00 PM). She apologized, saying there had been a large group before us that partied heavily. We had to wait for her to finish until almost 9:00 PM!!! I don’t blame the cleaner, but I do blame the owner. The apartment is full of useless trinkets that just collect dust. After the kind of parties that take place there, it’s hard to take care of such details. The cleanliness is only superficial and deceptive. The pillows and bedspreads were dirty and disgusting. If you want to throw a loud party, this place is suitable, but stop lying to people on Booking that this is a family-friendly 'holiday' home.

The lay out of the home itself was beautiful. Spacious and comfortable. The host was able to get a balloon display and custom flowers upon our arrival at an additional charge. Great extra touch

No full length mirror and blackout curtain are needed. Felt like at times, especially during the evening times that you can see through the main level.

I visited this property to celebrate my birthday weekend in Houston. This property was beautiful as described. The home decor & esthetics were great, the availability of all basic necessities was a plus, the host was friendly and responsive, the location was quiet and close to several things. My favorite parts of the house was the privacy of the bedrooms, the master garden tub and cozy living room. We felt secure, safe and comfortable. The host eased my mind and was very patient with me when it came to the $250 refundable damage deposit and explained her process. This home was about 30min or less from everything I wanted to do as we were back and forth between Houston, Spring & Pearland. We will be back to visit again when road tripping to the area!
