Family house with a swimming pool 5 minutes from Ioulida

La posizione e la piscina veramente bella!

The location 5 minutes from the main town was excellent and it was also good for shops and supermarkets. The view from the terrace was wonderful - unbroken vista of hills and sea. The house is very well equipped and tastefully furnished with everything you need. A wonderful time was had by all.

As the house sleeps 6 I think increasing the number of sun loungers on the very large terrace would be a good idea. There are only 2 and we were 4 in our party

The views are outstanding and it was a very short drive to Loulis as well as conveniently situated for most of the island’s beaches. The pool has the same fabulous views, is quite deep at one end. it was a good enough size for us. You need to realise that the pool is unheated and, because of its depth, it is refreshing. The master bedroom was nice. A great place to relax - while we were there there were no neighbours in residence.

If we had been a larger group there wouldn’t have been enough sun loungers although that may have been rectified. The two that we had were at the end of their useful life. The kitchen was minute and cluttered with unnecessary equipment and overstocked with random crockery which meant there was little storage for food purchases. The double bedroom on the mezzanine should have been a twin and the twin bedroom downstairs should be another double - just an observation as it didn’t affect us. The bathrooms are ok and clean but could do with an upgrade - they are quite dark. The water pump is in the utility room downstairs is very noisy. It wasn’t a huge problem as there were only two of us but if we had had guests in the bedroom next to it it would have been both annoying and embarrassing as it cuts in every time you use water!
