"The perfect northern escape"

The property location and facilities were excellent. Bill and Lynn are very welcoming and provided us with plenty of information on the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mill of Nethermill. One of the most relaxing destinations we've experienced.

"A relaxing retreat away!"

The location of the property was lovely. The beach was right on the door step. The old mill has been lovingly restored and there was lovely attention to detail with the decoration. It was in keeping with the age of the property. The hosts were very friendly and Brodie their dog got on great with our dog too! When we arrived at the property we were shown how to work everything and the owners had left homemade brownies - which were delicious! and there was whisky in a decanter for a wee dram! Couldn’t fault our stay at all. Lovely and cozy. Countryside around about was spectacular. We would definitely stay there again 💜💜💜

Excellent cottage good quality dressed for Christmas. Lovely extra touches home made brownies , dog treats . Lovely shower and hand washers . Toasty warm very welcoming but not intrusive but friendly . Beautiful peaceful location with everything you need in Banff and Fraseburgh . Will be back .

"Perfect little gem!"

Beautiful little stone cottage in a lovely location, perfect for a peaceful break away from all the hustle and bustle of every day life. The hosts are warm and welcoming, even leaving home baked chocolate brownies for us. Exceptionally modern and clean .

We stayed in The Nuek, a fantastic cosy little place, very clean and comfortable, with everything you would need, absolutely fantastic location, the perfect place to get away from everything for a few nights. Bill and Lynn are fantastic hosts and really make you feel at home, the brownies and whiskey on arrival are a fantastic touch. Seeing the northern lights just topped off this fantastic location. Our dog Milo loved his trip it’s perfect for dogs, and we booked again for next year before we even left this year!

"A wee piece of paradise!"

The property is on a beautiful secluded beach, the gardens are really well maintained & everything you could want is here. Beautifully furnished, so clean and comfortable. Hosts Bill, Lynn & their lovely dog couldn’t have been more welcoming (think dog treats and brownies!) Despite having a very unwell baby and toddler, we had the best time! We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights! Definitely stay here you won’t regret it.
