"Situation magnifique pour un bâtiment d'exception."

La petite maison est située en plein coeur de la magnifique Perast. Elle est répartie en 3 étages: la cuisine et une minuscule salle-de-bain au rez-de-chaussée, un living au premier et une grande chambre partagée au second. L'ensemble est agréable par l'aspect ancien très bien restauré.

La salle-de-bain (douche, lavabo + wc) est située sous l'escalier et est très petite. Le parking à Perast est assez compliqué, mais possible en-dehors des heures d'affluence.

Emplacement génial !!! Au cœur de Perast, idéal pour en profiter aux meilleures heures (entre deux passages de contingents de bateaux de croisiere). Le possibilité d’utiliser la petite terrasse de devant.

Bien comprendre que la maison est repartie sur Rez de Chaussée (cuisine), 1 étage (1 lit double) et 2eme étage (2eme lit double et sofa) et que les différents espaces sont connectés par un escalier et non isolés les una des autres (pas de mur, pas de porte).

Perast is hilly, so it was nice that the only stairs we needed to navigate were the ones in the house. Bus to Kotor was very handy as we didn't need to move the car. Lots of restaurant choices.

"A very good choice to stay in beautiful Perast"

Very charming typical old house in Perast at the waterfront. Nice protected little terrace in front of the house

The bathroom is small but nicely organised. The kitchen is basic but with all the offers for nice food in Perast, we barely used it.
