Feirm Cottage

Beautiful rural location, very friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen with a comfortably sized table.

Everything fine except upstairs bathroom a bit cramped. There is, however, a larger bathroom downstairs (which we didn't use, as we'd opted for one of the upstairs bedrooms). Overall, though, a very enjoyable place to stay.

The location was grand for beautiful views!

It was clean and in a very tranquility area.

It's located in the country side so you definitely need to have a car. Since we arrived after midnight we couldn't see the signs for the cottage and couldn't ask for help. After a long flight and a 3hr drive we were disappointed as we couldn't even make a cup of tea or coffee or for the first morning as there wasn't anything. (I didn't expect to have the cupboards and fridge full but at least some tea bags and some coffee would be great to start with.) It was late at night and we couldn't go shopping at that time.

Wonderful cottage in a wonderful location, all conveniences, good beds, spectacular views. Very far away from anywhere else, but we knew that: there's a pub+shop+post office+gas station 25mins walk away, otherwise Sneem is closest (15 minutes by car) for dinner or shopping.

Minor: the outside area is all gravel, a bit of grass would have been nice.

Great location with lovely views. Good value for money.

Matresses really need replacing, upstairs shower doesn't drain and needs a good clean.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Perfectly situated for touring the Ring of Kerry, killarney National Park and the Beara Peninsula.
