Location was good. Nearby amenities, fast food, grocery and borneo food festival with entertaining performance.

Place could be cleaner and facilities could be upgraded. Only provide tv box with very limited channel mostly streaming from China same goes for karaoke - 99 percent chinese songs. Kinda bummer and misleading a bit.

It provide a lot of entertainment like karaoke box and majong. Spacious homestay and near to the main street. Nearby to a very big conveniet store.

It might noisy in the night because can clearly hear the motorcycle and lorry sound. The washroom is small and heater seems not functioning well.

The homestay was very comfortable and so clean

The neighbour was so noisy

Value for money expecially for a big family,

- The owner/handling staff is amazing. He gives fast response all about my stay. It really helps me! - The house fits for the family with kids. Or group of friends. It provides many beds, many indoor games with a big/spacious room. - Good location. There are supermarket and food places nearby.

This is located out of city center. But it won't be a problem if we have car or use taxi to go around.

Overall are great..Full of gaming set, enough mattress and blanket. Nice to stay

One Toilet bath shower a bit low in pressure, window don't have curtain
