The best location nearby to uitm machang. Easily accessible from the main road.

Need to pay more attention to the cleanliness especially the floor. Kitchen sink was leaking.

Spacious house with strategic location. Near the main road and easy to order grabfood also. Privacy parking. Suitable for large family.

Cooking utensils and kitchen are not very clean. No air conditioner for the 3rd room. Maybe can improve by installing aircond especially in hot weather like nowadays.
