Nothing to not like

The location was perfect for family get together. Grandma here. I rented the site for the week for my children with my grandchildren traveling from another state. They were here during a holiday week. I wanted them to have their own space. The lower rating for the key on arrival, following the links sent by text to get into the property and you will have no issues. It took us a little longer to figure that out. Not the owner's fault.. Ours, but I wanted to put some emphasis on it. The property was clean and appealing to all. Family was very appreciative. We asked for a crib and found it in the closet. The backyard space was really nice. The kids loved it. The bonus was the pass to the indoor pool at the hotel next door and the little gift left for them! The grandchildren truly loved the experience.

We loved how close this place was to Hanover College. It was a perfect place to stay and spend some time with our son before he moved into college. The backyard is amazing!!

The whole property was amazing no complaints

The house was great! I loved the backyard. We didn't get to use the firepit but plan to on our next stay. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day walking around Madison! The grill with charcoal/propane/smoker with a gazebo cover was a great option as well for those planning to grill out during their stay. And plenty of grassy yard left if you brought cornhole or other fun outdoor games!

Only downside is my husband is in a wheelchair and the bathrooms were completely inaccessible for him due to the narrow doors. The master bedroom has a large vanity sink in it though that was the perfect height for him to wheel up under to brush his teeth and whatnot.

Very cozy. Quite and relaxing home

It was very comfortable! It was so nice having a full kitchen to wake up to, not just a mini coffee maker like hotels have. We were able to sit on the back patio and sip coffee and eat our breakfast in peace! The location is great, right at the split where one road goes into Historic Madison Downtown, and the other goes into the hilltop shopping district. Later in the evening, we could eat dinner in either area, or bring pizza home and eat in front of the TV (if we were tired), or cook on the grill on the patio! We even used the hot tub a couple of times before bed to wind down. This was our 2nd stay there, and there will definitely be a 3rd next time we visit family in Madison.

The toilet in the King bedroom/bath rocked, not attached to the floor securely. It rocked the 1st time we stayed 2 years ago, and still does. Some previous occupant had put the frying pans into the dishwasher and ruined them so they need to be replaced. I couldn't actually cook in them (which was OK with me). Minor things though, our stay was wonderful!

Great property. Very relaxing and comfortable . We used the hot tub and fire pit every night.

The coffee pot is old and slow. It needs to be replaced.
