Lovely villa in the heart of Machico! Clean, modern and well equipped, with a great outdoor seating area and BBQ. The location’s perfect — just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, and ideal for exploring the island. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay again!

As others have commented, the parking is very awkward.

Super modern well equipped & very well kept house. A few queries on arrival were immediately answered & sorted so that everything ran very smoothly. Very comfortable stay with all mod cons. Two good sized bedrooms. Great location so close to the beaches and supermarkets.

As with many places on Madiera it's quite difficult to park at the property - access to the parking space is on steepish corner & a tight fit to park even the smallest car. Got better with practice! Also local dogs can be quite noisy at night (their owners seem oblivious to their barking), but that seems to be a common problem in residential areas around the island

Вилла удачно расположена, магазины, кафе, рестораны, бары в шаговой доступности. До пляжа три минуты пешком. В доме очень чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания всей семьей. Из спален есть отдельные выходы на прилегающую к дому территорию, на втором этаже есть два балкончика, где можно спокойно дышать свежим воздухом и смотреть либо на горы, либо на океан. Владельцы дома гостеприимные и внимательные, постоянно на связи, если у нас возникали вопросы, они быстро отвечали.

Krásná prostorná vila, několik teras i s grilem na plyn, kuchyně komplet vybavená, pláž kousek. Uvítací balíček a příjemná a přátelská manažerka pro ubytování. Ta nám i pomohla s našimi otázkami během pobytu.Opravdu doporučujeme.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft leider zunächst nicht gefunden, der Gastgeber, war aber sehr schnell telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns sofort an unserem Standort persönlich mit dem PKW abgeholt. Das Ehepaar war sehr, sehr freundlich, obwohl sie wegen der Verspätung des Fliegers lange auf uns warten mussten. Was ist besser sein

Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der Parkplatz war nicht so groß.

Gostamos muito da casa — é bem equipada, tem uma decoração bonita e é bastante acolhedora. Boa comunicação com os anfitriões O único ponto que poderia melhorar seria o horário do checkout, que poderia ser, ao menos, às 12h.

A garagem do estacionamento que é pequena.

Близко пляж и рестораны 2 мин, место для гриля.

В жару не помешал бы зонт на терассе.

Lovely villa in central Machico - perfect base for exploring Madeira and a few metres from a sandy beach. Exactly as described with everything you could need. Hosts were brilliant, very responsive and were able to answer any questions we had. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Good location close to beach plenty room for 2 adults and 1 child. There are 2 showers however only used the one upstairs. Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, air con in bedrooms and living area. BBQ area, lounger area, 2 small balconies. Beds were comfortable but only a small pillow. Only down side is the dogs in the surrounding houses bark especially during the night no fault of owners but we were woken every night. Owners very responsive set up a whatsapp group for any issues.

Location was ideal - easy walking to a variety of restaurants and two large supermarkets. There is a bus station near by that makes it easy to access levada walks or travel to Funchal. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and while you certainly hear the planes, it wasn't so intrusive as to be a problem. The two bedroom house is perfect for 2-4 people. There is also a separate upstairs sofa bed but the living area might be a squeeze for 6 adults. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment that you could reasonably need. We didn't meet the hosts in person but their pre-arrival and other communication was good.

We struggled with using the lock box on arrival and the hosts were about to drive over to help us before we worked it out (with their instructions). Parking the car on the property is awkward as the quiet access road is steep and on a corner. The secret is to drive past and reverse back into the wide gateway. There isn't space for anything larger than a tiny car to go all the way into the driveway and the hosts' welcome instructions recommend only driving part of the way in. It is fine once you are used to it.
