Beautiful view.

Mooie tuin en leuk gezellig huis!

Het badkamertje ruikt niet fris. Is wel schoon maar heeft geen ramen en daardoor wat muffig.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful quiet place near highway.

Jó lokáció, kedves fogadtatás, minden működött és rendben volt. A helyi macska nagyon barátságos volt :)

Furcsa szag volt a fürdőszobában, szerintem a csatornából jött. Pár liter forró víz lefolyókba szerintem megoldotta volna. Egész este furcsa hangok jöttek a fürdőszobából.

Wszystko super. Jedna noc to za mało na cieszenie się tym miejscem. Widoki z ogrodu piękne. Kontakt z Panią właściciel bardzo dobry.

The location of Maribor House – Sunrise Home is excellent, offering truly stunning views and very convenient access to the highway, which made travelling around the area simple and efficient. The property was clean upon arrival, and the host was extremely polite, friendly, and speaks very good English – a big plus for international guests. However, the property itself could benefit from some attention and updates. While functional, the beds were quite worn and not very comfortable, which made sleeping a challenge. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during warmer weather. Additionally, the kitchen equipment felt outdated and of low quality, making meal preparation less enjoyable. The TV is very small and unfortunately not compatible with modern streaming dongles, limiting entertainment options. The bathroom is especially compact – the bathtub is unusually deep and small, which may be impractical or unsafe for elderly guests. A walk-in shower would be a much more suitable and modern alternative. The overall decor is rather eclectic and in need of a refresh. With a bit of investment and care, this property has the potential to offer a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Summary: Great location and welcoming host, but the property itself needs some TLC to improve comfort and modern standards.

Our host was lovely and helpful overall. The kitchen, den/living room and deck were all great. The location and views were stunning! It was removed from the hustle/bustle of nearby Maribor. This was a nice change of pace for us.

The bathroom was in rough shape - the shower situation was less than optimum but I could live with that if other things were updated. The washing machine was there but was very old and smelly. The beds/pillows and linens were all very uncomfrotable.

It is a charming corner, you are in a rural countryside within 5 min after exiting highway to / from Croatia. We went for a walk more up the hill and there were stunning views of hills, farms, vineyards... in fact the sign " Maribor" is located 300m from the Sunrise Home. The house was cosy and comfy. Cats of the owner (Silva) came and were around - especially Mia. Silva is a nice and caring host :) All was relaxing and smooth.

The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy. The taps of water were stiff, difficult to operate, usually we were splashed with water. Other than that perfect.
