There was Aircon on all rooms. The facility was great from cutlery, to beds, to the kitchen everything was awesome. This home is for a big family.

We couldn't get open view.

Enough rooms

The house is not maintained. The outside as well needs to be taken care off. Many things are breaking and need to be replaced. There is a damp smell in the garage For the price of the property you would expect higher standards

For all the air-conditioning units to be working and also maybe the gas stove.

The house was stunning at some point but is now ageing and needs upkeep to bring it back to what is expected in a non budget market. Space is large (not all is required) views are great but plentiy to open and some thing you just cant open lock nto workign or no key e.g one lounge patio etc

You have to tell people up front that you dont just have a water restriction issue but the issue is direr. The house handles 10 people on a beach holiday even if they are sparing a shower twice a day with SOuth coast humidity is expected which will be a problem. Let alone if multiple beach trips are done which we did not do. 1. Check that things work. Aircons not working in the room is a big issue in summer 2. Tell people upfront that the maid service only work one hour 3. Attend to the cockroaches At a different pricepoint and knowing these thing upfront when making a choice - the place will be fine, however we specifically were lookig for a luxary expereince and did not mind paying more. Did a similar trip to Zimabali North coast at a cheaper rate per night, Very upmarket and fantastic
