The location is in aright place But when you arrive the you have to collect the keys from another location of which we were never told and if we walking I don't know what would have happened because the location is too far from the place. At the bnb the is no reception and owner is so rude sometimes she doesn't pick up call and sometimes she drops the call while we still in touch to show that she is just doing for the sake of doing and I don't mean to be offensive but she doesn't care about her job. The electricity powers off and have to go charge the power box to the neighbors which you don't know which is a risk because you wouldn't know if there are dogs or what.

The place is so dirty it smell ukukhunta in the room and the sheets are smelling too like you don't feel like you at a bnb West things the sheets are navy like nje navy sheet it's not good for visitors curtains are dirty worst part the sofas are too old that they show sponge. The showers are broken the place is a mess the only thing good the is space. The service is so poor and the is a R1000 that you have to pay which wasn't included online booking and when you want your deposit money back you have to be someone you are not

The furniture is too old. You have to be cautious about everything. First time experiencing an accommodation with no towels. It is so untidy. Otherwise the bed are comfortable shame

The garden was dirty we couldn’t even take pictures the house must be renovated so that will be attractive. Everything is broken the tiles are cracked everything is boring we can’t even take pictures inside . We end up enjoying in location then that place . Please try to renovate your house

The admin lady was very rude and they never told us on booking.com that you have to drive n collect the key from the security company when u check in it was a horrible experience😫 you have to drop the key again when you check out
