Family Dream Penthouse

Très bel appartement spacieux, bien situé

Had everything you need for your holiday. Location was great for: train, shops, town and beach. Lots of living space. Balcony was brilliant. Wi-Fi worked well. Very clean. Private lift, garage & parking space. Paola was lovely (person who greets you).

1. Bed in second bedroom extremely hard - my husband can sleep anywhere and he even struggled, in hindsight if I’d have known we’d have trouble sleeping all week I would have bought a mattress topper for it, it would have been worth the money not to feel tired throughout the week. 2. Small bedroom upstairs was very hot at night - there is a brilliant portable a/c which cools the room down in minutes but sadly is too noisy to have on when sleeping (volume & vibration). Also in this room, on our second to last night we had very heavy rain which the window sill along the large window above the spiral staircase got absolutely soaked (windows were closed!) then dripped throughout the night down the staircase. My daughter and her boyfriend did not sleep well in this bedroom due to heat and then on the only cool night had the drips. I know it sounds like I’m unhappy with my stay, which is not true as we really liked the apartment for many reasons and had a lovely holiday but sleep is important to keep calm tempers especially in the heat so thought future customers may want to know. We weren’t bothered but just to let you know - TV only had Italian speaking channels. Living room could maybe do with a touch up of paint in some areas.

An actual palace in Rimini. It's huge and perfect for family or larger groups. 360 views on top of the world. Beats the pokey hotels down the strip. Great location bw beach and the old city. Thanks Matteo and Paola !!!
