Shower pressure, dog poop all over lawn, kids couldn't play outside due to this.

The house is very comfy very warm, clean and tidy, every room got their own heaters everybody is happy. Plenty of carparks in the property , close to everything like the supermarket just 5 minutes drive up the road, and the Carrot Adventure park where our kids enjoy it and just 1 hr drive to Mt. Ruapehu, the main highlight of our adventure, it' s an old house but it exceeded my expectations. Definitely we come back again.

Just the shower is not closing properly and the bath mat is soaking wet when u come out of the shower. Need extra bath mat most especially all of us have a shower.

There are four rooms, and separate beds, so can cater our sleeping needs, all sleep separately. House has many heaters and warm. Beds are clean and comfy. Towels are clean and provided. Nice location.

Could do with a clean, windows and ceiling and walls, lots of spider webs. Curtain can do with a repair and shower door.

Very roomy, close to bike trails, 40min Mount Tongario National Park, and Ohakune shops. Enough kitchen equipment for us 4. It's lovely having a room each! Lots of heaters, although a wee went in Dec they were not needed. We had 4 people staying.

It is next to the train tracks, so the 1st time a freight train came past I got a bit of a fright. Was OK after that. My husband was one room back and did not really notice. Earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Not a lot of electrical plugs, one per room. There are extension cord under the bed if you look for them.

Warm and inviting, clean towels and beding. Kitchen well equipt, wood and fire place. Good working gas bbq.

Beds can do with new mattress, cutlery cuboard needs cleaning from spider webs ,window and room conners to be clean from spiderwebs.

The house was well stocked with everything and heaters were on upon arrival.

This house will likely not pass a healthy home inspection there are gaps by the doors pantry and toilet bringing in massive drafts. The one room closest to the front door wall gets wet overnight. There are plenty of heaters and fire places but we had 3 children who had a tendency to wheeze and the first night had to start using inhalers. If you have young children I'd recommend getting another property but if your all adults you will be cold but should be ok.

Could tell the hosts are really thoughtful, our eyes lit up to see the heaters going on arrival and the house nice and toasty warm. Despite the booking saying linen and towels weren't included it was really appreciated to find them there.

Not so much a don't like but the freezer and the front door probably need some attention sooner rather than later. We had melted ice cream for dessert and it was hard to keep the front door latched.
