Monte Sea View Residence with terrace

Absolutely fantastic location, and a beautifully designed flat. Terrace is the star and we made ample use of it. You’re only steps away from the top of the old town with multiple restaurants and shops, also a few minutes from the rocks to go swimming. Thanks to Ivan and Francesca for helping us with parking and the golf buggy ride to and from the car park.

Other reviews have mentioned the seagulls - they didn’t disturb meals but can be very loud at night and early morning.

Sehr schöne Lage, liebevoll gestaltetes Apartment (Stein/Altholz-Kombinationen), und auch tolle Aufteilung für 4 Personen: EG Küche + Esstsich und große Terrasse, OG Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, UG Bad/WC und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einer kleinen Terrasse. Im Grunde wäre das Apartment also ein echtes Juwel, WENN…

…man es sauber halten und pflegen würde! 😔 Dreckiger Boden, große Flecken auf Handtüchern und wirklich auf allen Bettlaken, Staubballen & Dreck unter’m Bett und der Matratze… wir mussten erstmal selbst grob durchputzen und die Handtücher auf 90 Grad waschen, damit es für uns halbwegs ok war. Wenn man den Preis aufruft, darf das nicht sein - eigentlich darf das so gar nicht sein. Ein Vorhang oder Jalousien im unteren Schlafzimmer wäre schön, nicht nur weil es sonst sehr früh sehr hell wird, sondern auch weil die Nachbarn reinschauen können. Wir haben dann ein Handtuch davor gehängt. Es wäre grundsätzlich also ein echt tolles Apartment, leider ist sehr schlecht gepflegt… wirklich schade.

The appartement was directly located near the basilica in the very heart of the historic city center. The appartement was cosy and with care furnished.

Fabulous little cottage in a prime location in the heart of the old town. Well equipped and stylishly decorated. Helpful, communicative staff with little buggy to transport to and from accommodation.

Open stairs to bedroom on top floor felt a little ropey and would be unsafe for children or people with reduced mobility.

Would have been useful to have 2 keys for entry - one each so we could come and go separately A full length mirror on wall of downstairs bedroom as the one behind the bed is not useful on the back wall

If you want to stay in the very center of Rovinj, this apartment is in a great location. Ivan arranged parking for us and then drove us to the accommodation.

The apartment does not have a living room or even a couch. We stayed there in March when the temperatures were not yet high enough to spend the days on the terrace, so we really missed having a living space. The apartment is spread over three floors, and the steep stairs are not the best choice for small children.
