The house is wonderful and has everything you need. We felt so well during our 4 days stay. Scicli the town nearby is very nice and the beach of Donnalucata beautiful. Stefania the host is very kind, welcoming and eager to give advice about places and restaurants. We highly recommend it. So, don't hesitate, just book it; you will love it.

Thank you, Stefania and Rocco, for providing such a wonderful base for our time in southern Sicily. Even though it was rural property, the location of il rifugio della quiete made it an ideal base for easy drives to Siricusa/Ortigia, Noto, Modica and of course Scicli and the beaches. The property was clean, roomy and ready for our arrival with Stefania there to greet us. We couldn’t ask for a more helpful, responsive host. Stefania was always quick to respond to our questions as well as with suggestions for dining destinations and explorations. Il refugio della quiete was great. Thank you again!
