The owners were very accommodating. Our flight was in the evening and let us store our bags so we could use our last few hours to visit Palermo. They were always available via WhatsApp to answer questions. They greeted us very warmly and we felt welcome. The apartment is very central but faces a courtyard so is very quiet at night. It's a good base for exploring Palermo. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast, coffee and milk and was greatly appreciated!

Decoration as expected, as per the style.

Bed dowstairs is very inconvenient. Wardrobe only on the gallery. We got a cake with some jam, biscuits, coffee capsules and a litre of milk for breakfast when arriving for two mornings. There is a terasse but in the eve it is very noisy so forget about sitting outside.

Location, clean, big kitchen, comfortable shower, good kitchen utilities.

Height in bedroom very low and I am 5’5”, no blankets, mattress/box spring very uncomfortable, seating in kitchen and lanai chairs are weak and no place to stretch out, living room set up only small sofa to sit on, water in shower is not consistent, sometimes cold and water flow weak

It’s a very unique apartment with a lot of charm and details. Location is great, right at the edge of the historical center but a bit away from the most chaotic streets. Camy, the host, was very communicative and attentive and welcomed us warmly even with a delayed flight.

It’s a bit more pricey than average Palermo stays and for this price I’d expect a bit more comfort - especially the bed. Whenever my husband moved the whole bed would shake and I felt like I was in a bouncy castle with the springs poking my ribs. Would not recommend for light sleepers. Paying in cash is always a hassle - would be nice to accept cards or pay through booking. Other than that we were satisfied.

Beautiful flat in Palermo inner city

It took 5-10 minutes for us to get our room key even when we indicated what time we would arrive a few days earlier. No one told me to communicate using WhatsApp in advance.

The bedroom on the upper floor was extremely hot. The air conditioning did not cool the upper floor. The mattress was such low quality condition. I lost sleep with such conditions. The internet capacity was low and slow and ran out out data while we stayed there. The breakfast snacks were not fresh. Terrible pound cake and toast snacks from the box. Fruit provided was ok. The breakfast pictures you see in their advertisements is not what we got and is misleading.
