Gute Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit einem Kleinkind, nette Atmosphäre im Haus und für unsere Familie gut gelegen. Praktisch, dass es Sonnenschirme und Matten für den Strand gab. Freundliche Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber mit Kuchen und Blumendekoration in der Wohnung.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein und die Fotos entsprechen nicht mehr so ganz dem Zustand der Wohnung und der Gartenmöbel.

"Great location to explore Palermo and Sicily from"

The location was great and Fabio was a great host who provided us also with useful tips around Palermo. The apartment was clean and had all amenities needed for our stay (just to be aware there is no oven in the apartment just a gas stove) We had a lovely week here and would definitely recommend it

Nothing to mention here except there was only a very small bialetti to make coffee in the morning so we ended up buying a bigger one for the three of us and will take this home as a souvenir.

The house is very good located, near Mondello beach and motorway/E90 as well, so easy to reach everywhere. The host is friendly. A practical and well-designed home, clean, enough equipped, air conditioned, has a unique atmosphere.

We had only one bad experience with it: it is an old building with damp, wet walls, so there was fustiness smell all over the house. This musty air is not comfortable and not healthy. There was very bad smell in it.

The host was very friendly and guides you in everything you ask. The house was very comfortable and they even left us toys for the kids, books, TV, radio, everything for us to entertain ourselves at home. The air conditioning, laundry machine, shower worked very well.

I did not like that the public beach (the one you do not pay) was not so close to the house, you must go by car and get parking nearby. Although it has a free garage in the same house (it is very difficult to find free parking there) it is a bit difficult to enter the garage if you have a rather large car, the road is narrow, difficult to enter and exit the garage.
