Lovely place, gardens very pretty, gorgeous pool and everything you needed in the property. Great location few minutes walk from a supermarket and 10 mins from little metro up the hill to old town

You’re looking onto the owners property which is quite close but they were all lovely and after settling us in they left us to it. If you want to use the pool, check before you book- its only open specific dates which aren’t stated on the UK version of the site

Das klimatisierte Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Es bietet zudem eine geräumige Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung wirkte neuwertig und es war für den täglichen Bedarf und zum Kochen alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus ist auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück nahe der Altstadt gelegen. Atemberaubend war der sehr große und wunderschöne Salzwasserpool ohne Chlor. Man konnte dennoch problemlos mit offenen Augen tauchen, da der Salzgehalt nicht sehr hoch war. Am Pool standen auch Liegen, ein Tisch und ein Sonnenschirm bereit. Man konnte hier super sonnenbaden und schwimmen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es mit Sicherheit erneut buchen. Auch die Umgebung bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Uns hat Assisi und Gubbio sehr gut gefallen. Schließlich waren die Gastgeber überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier spürt man italienische Herzlichkeit.

Krásná lokalita, tiché místo v nádherné zahradě, krásný čistý bazén se slanou vodou. Majitelé velmi milí, srdeční lidé. V domečku vše potřebné. Jako zpestření chodil na návštěvu pejsek Arturo, milý a přítulný labrador, což jako milovník zvířat vítám :-).

Everything was perfect: very well equipped house for 2, located in a large well maintained private garden, on a quite, secured place, for the car too. Surrounding is very quite despite of the house being almost at the city center. The house itself is very well equipped as a 5-star house, kitchen very well equipped incl. coffee machine with the coffee capsules, bathroom with everything you need during the stay. Very well maintained, clean, spacious enough for 2 people. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the swimming pool. Owners were very friendly, helpful, nice people. Definitely would like to stay here again.

Everything was just perfect. The garden house and garden was "spectaculare" and especially the owner was lovely and very helpful. Thank you so much for the nice stay. We will definetly come back next time we are in Perugia :)
