"Passable"

The outlook was amazing

Windows weeping so couldn't see view. Not really set up for winter holidays with family. Not particularly cozy -wooden chairs without cushions, small loungesuite. Downstairs musty smell.

"very enjoyable"

kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee and various herbs, spices etc. Fantastic view, beds very comfortable, easy access to summit of Paku, we could go up to see the sunrise.

"Great location on Paku Hill, welcoming home owner, wonderful views and comfortable 3-bed cottage."

Elevated location with spectacular sea views. Very well equipped cottage and the large outdoor balcony increased the living space.

The only 2 small negatives were the unsealed driveway and the uncovered external stairway leading to the downstairs bedrooms, but these in no way detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The beautiful view, the facilities which included full kitchen, bbq and washing machine. Property manager Robyn was very helpful and accommodating.

Only downside was the downstairs beds were not accessible internally. You had to go outside and down some stairs to enter but this wasn’t a concern for us as our whole family slept downstairs (2 double beds and 1 single bed)
