Casa Salinas, Elegant Flat w patio in Taviras Historical Centre

Muy bonito apartamento en el centro del pueblo a 5 minutos a pie del rio, limpio y confortables , tiene el necesario.

In algunos puntos había un poco de humedad

It was easy to get into Tavira The kitchen was well equipped Access to the property was straightforward.

There were ants in the property but the owner did come to address the problem. The TV didn't work properly & again the owner came out to fix it but it still needed reconnecting to the wi-fi. The road outside the property was being relaid with stones and at times it was noisy. It felt a little damp.

It is a basic studio and has all the equipment (kitchen) you need. The location is good as you are walking in minutes to the centrum, restaurants and/or supermarket.

As said, it is basic and dont except luxury. The price is high compared to this expectation.

The location was excellent. At night it was very quiet. The patio was comfortable.

I can not think of anything negative.

Very cosy stylish house ideally located just a 5 minute walk from the Roman bridge.. It was peaceful and quiet on a side street and round the corner from some great restaurants and a mini supermarket. We enjoyed sitting on the patio area for breakfast and evening drinks. The hosts were very quick at communicating when we needed them.

Only minor but the height of the bathroom door was very low and my husband banged his head a couple of times.

Location was ideal for exploring the town, and very quiet.

Courtyard wasn't usable. Water from the flats above had overflowed the drain which was at courtyard level. This didn't dry our until 6 days into our stay. The apartment is a bit "tired" looking and could do with a lick of paint and some repairs (already passed to management agent). The back bedroom felt cold and damp (there was a dehumidifier running when we arrived. The bed was uncomfortable as there seemed to be a leg missing from one corner.

Beds and linens were comfortable. Shower and hot water we're excellent Kitchen was fine for breakfast.

Lack of daylight in all rooms except one bedroom.

Lovely decor and very comfy bed. On first entry apartment was quite dark. There were two bedrooms and had there been 4 of us occupying it, may have been a bit cramped and lacking in wardrobe space but we were just 2, so was fine. Door to inner patio didn't lock securely (just constructive comments) and front door difficult to lock/unlock. We had a lovely time and apartment was well equipped.
