"Great base to explore Fowey and Polruan"

Nice and quiet. Great views from the patio of Fowey. Comfortable

Garden overgrown, toilet seat not fixed and green water in coffee machine. Also no bags for recycling

"Superb venue if you're hqappy driving on narrow country lanes. Car and pedestrian ferries good."
