Host met us at train station. Apartment had a welcome spread of local specialties, house wine, and an apple strudel cooked by Mama! Refrigerator had juices and cold wines, and red wines were available for purchase in the room as well. Incredible location near the old town with shops, restaurants, grocery, and tourist sights. But also very quiet at night.

These are very minor and nit-picky and really don't qualify as complaints: Apartment does not have washing machine, but property does and host offered to do laundry for us. The apartment could use a floor fan for when having the window (with screens!) open but you don't want to use the air conditioning.

Our host came to pick us up from the train stations! That was a very pleasant surprise from such wonderful host!! Thanks Piere and Benedatta!

Amazing owners

The hospitality was amazing. It is in a great location - 10 minute walk to train station and lots of restaurants within walking distance as well.

The beds were stiff, but that is pretty typical around Europe.

Bernadetta was incredibly welcoming, with wine and charcuterie awaiting, which was perfect after our drive from Milan. Our place was pristine with very thoughtful detail. We slept like a dream in the bed.  Conveniently located within walking distance to the Bernina/train station, piazza, dining, shopping. Highly highly recommend if you are staying in Tirano – you will feel right at home!

A cosy apartment, with all the amenities you need. We had a secure parking in a garage, close to the apartment. They welcomed us with some cold cuts of meat and cheese and a glass of local wine. The fridge had everything needed for breakfast. It was spotless clean. Location was great, only five minutes to train station. Thank you Benedetta for everything!

Only wifi was a bit slow but ok. Everything else was great.

My wife and I thought the apartment was very modern, comfortable, and more than met our needs for the 6-night stay. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen so that we could cook. The use of the garden areas was nice and we could even pick up the wifi from the garden table to enjoy the views and fresh air while writing our journal entries. Even the parking accommodation was great. Most importantly, Benedetta and Pietro were some of the bests host we have experienced during our multiple trips to Europe, Scandinavia, and the UK. They were responsive to our questions, helpful with recommendations, and provided great service during our stay. It was fun to kick the football around in the garden with their son and their daughter colored a nice picture for us to take home to the US as a reminder of the visit.

That we had to leave! Seriously, we liked everything about our stay.

The place are really nice. Comfortable, clean, all commodities and is near to center, good location. The hosts are very attentive.
