very basic facilities, no jay clothes or tea towels, no grater, strainer among other things. Awful flannel quilt cover a pillow cases on a very uncomfortable bed (mattress thin and larger than base) no spare pillow cases for a second pillow on bed. Towels looked old and miss matched colours! Main toilet seat broken. Living area sofa very, very uncomfortable. BBQ absolutely unusable! very dirty (if the owner doesn’t want to clean a BBQ then don’t provide one)

I was so pleased we booked this caravan. The location was perfect for us and it was exactly what we wanted. We had a few issues with hairs on the bed, dirty towels and hairs on the kitchen floor, but the host contacted the cleaning company straight away and it was resolved the following day. The host was apologetic and really wanted to make sure everything was okay for us. We’d stay here again due to its proximity to beautiful areas, the option of self catering and the lovely host. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a BBQ. We can’t wait to go back and will likely be booking this caravan again.

Mould on the shower head. The initial issue of hairs on the bedding and the kitchen floor, as well as dirty towels. The sofa had been well used and could do with an update. The kitchen crockery, pans and utensils were dirty. (We’d actually taken some of our own pans, so this didn’t bother us).

Great location and site. Lovely accommodation which was spacious for 4, plus was nicely set back away from a large open field where children played. Really peaceful overall and relaxed atmosphere.

No toilet roll or hand wash provided and there were limited trays to use in the oven. The light in the bathroom seemed to stay on throughout the day and then then down low at night. We couldn't figure out to turn it off

We have stopped here a few times, location is great, lovely big TV and free Wi-Fi. Gas ran out but owner was apologetic and sorted the issue promptly.

This will be the 3rd time we have stayed in this caravan, the previous 2 times booked on my partner’s account. The caravan standards seem to have slipped quite a lot with cleaning not up to scratch (cobwebs on the ceiling and bits all over the floors, shower head covered in mould and we even found a dog chew in the sofa) I wanted to use the BBQ outside and found that it was filthy and covered in mould so I had to clean it myself. The mattress was so uncomfortable in the main bedroom we had to sleep on top of the 2 single duvets to make it bearable. We couldn’t use the additional double duvet in the wardrobe as it had clearly been slept on by what smelt like a wet dog. When we stayed last November the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and this is still the case 6 months later. The sofa in the lounge area has had such heavy use you sink into it and feel like you are sat on the floor.

The quality and location of the site is fantastic, the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. 10 out of 10
