The cottage is very nice and had everything we needed It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having an electric blanket. A good location for day trips to Mount Cook, Tekapo, or further south to Cromwell. The clay cliffs are worth a visit. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, even in winter. Although it was foggy at Twizel, Mount Cook, which is about 45 minutes drive away, it was beautiful there, so we'll worth going to.

The couch is uncomfortable to sit on The shower door doesn't stay on the track It would be useful to have a bedside lamp in both rooms
