"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. I booked a room online with my Hilton account for an upcoming event. Thank goodness I called the hotel today. Unfortunately I was told that they would NOT take a check from an NC Public School at check in. Said the check had to mailed in prior so they could process it to make sure the check was good. Nothing about this policy is online. Stayed at this same property last year and paid with a school check at check in but now the policy has changed. The manager I spoke with made no effort to work with me or provide options. Off to scramble for a last minute hotel room........

It was Amazing from greetings from front desk check in till check out. Breakfast also too good. One Suggestion to keep some fruit bowl or vegan items for breakfast. But overall very good.
