The it was so cozy and time had been spent on the fine details good quality towels bedding blankets glasses… they provided essential which was an excellent surprise hot chocolate coffee tea milk chocolate biscuits washing up liquid and sponges they put together a care box for the pups towel blankets biscuits cleaning products and poo bags… Debbie and Robert have thought of everything. They welcomed us on arrival so warm and friendly… showed us around their beautiful fields and dog walks the view was out of this world… we didn’t want to come home

This gorgeous little cottage is so comfortable and homely. We stayed for 3 nights and we didn't want to come home. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Everything has been thought of, and we loved the extras such as the biccies and hot chocolate. The log burner made the evenings cosy. The location is fantastic, not too far out of whitby and a supermarket down the road for the essentials. Plenty in the area to see and do. The walk from May beck to the falling foss tea garden is an absolute must. We would absolutely stay here again without a doubt.

There was nothing to dislike. It was honestly perfect!

Lovely location and very cute house

A lovely cottage with great views over the coast , very friendly hosts, Robert has great local knowledge. We had a relaxing weekend, just what we needed

we loved the cute, cosy & warm cottage there was everything we needed and the tea, coffee etc were a lovely bonus. The location and setting was perfect, Debbie & Dave were very helpful.

The owners were so friendly and helpful the cottage had everything and was very comfortable and the location was fantastic

Nothing

The hosts were great very helpful ,car parking was good lovely views towards Whitby ,cosy cottage with plenty of chopped logs for the log burner , Good television reception , welcome pack . Outside the cottage has spring plants a very nice touch a lovely little Bistro set and a wooden bench for 2 people .

Sadly , very little work surfaces due to size of cottage , the sliding shower door could do with being replaced the silicon around the tray also needs refreshing . The yard area needs some tidying . The cottage door could do with a plane as it’s swollen with rain water .

Very cosy with everything that is needed for your stay .
