"A lovely cottage in a brilliant location with all you need"

Lovely cottage with everything you need for a great stay. It is very clean and the beds really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and air fryer. The view of the sea from the lounge is spectacular. The cottage is a minute walk from Whitby Abbey. Whitby Brewery is also very close where you get a drink and a lovely pizza. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Coastguards Cottage.

The only thing we didn’t like was the checkout by 9am which we thought was a little early, 10am would make for a less stressful morning and still allow plenty of time for the changeover.

"Great place to stay in a beautiful area."

Brilliant holiday. Great views over Whitby. It is located next to the Abbey on the cliffe top.Near lots of great places to visit to keep the kids happy. Cottage has everything you need for a self-catering holiday.

The shower took a long time to heat up but was adequate for cleaning up after a beach day. The walls are thin, so noise travels through them easily.

"Lovely, well-appointed accommodation next to brewery with cracking ales and pizza, and just a few minutes walk to heart"

Location is amazing, round corner from Whitby brewery and just a short walk into the centre of town. Really clean and nicely appointed accommodation and the views overlooking the sea from the living room are truly picturesque.

Nothing negative to say, we had a great week away and will be booking again.

"Definitely would come again"

Brilliant location with fantastic views across the whole of Whitby. Easy to find and keys located easily. Facilities were good for all our needs.

Double bed in rear of house was very firm. Possibly needs replacing. TV stations were limited as we don't have sky.
