Not clean and wardrobe not space lot if thinks

Not internet , watching machine not working, not toilet paper

Just the location

The property was dirty and I had to buy new bed set so I could sleep in. Was a lot of hair in the bed set. The chicken was so dirty that I had to clean before I use the oven and other things. I didn’t change the place because was bank holiday and everything was so expensive. The property would be amazing if they looked after because the location is an amazing. Also to find the property was a nightmare I need help of the neighbours to find the entrance.

Nothing

Literally everything, complicated building to navigate when dark, no lighting in corridor’s or on the lethal slippery decking bridge you cross in the pitch black. Apartment was filthy, dirty bed sheets, dirty floors, used towels left on floors, radiators and the bath, no toilet paper other than some used paper on the floor. Had a late check in and upon arrival had to source different accommodation.

The area

It was not cleaned first bed wasn’t made washing up wasn’t done no tv hot water didn’t work properly was not worth the money at all

Very dirty

Cleanliness, kitchen utensils, bedroom smelt. Price!

Location was great.

I emailed the owner twice (a property management company based in Scotland) informing them of a few problems without airing them to the public but haven't had a reply from either email, so I'd thought I'd share it so people know what to expect! There is no hair dryer as advertised- we had to buy a cheap one which was promised to be refunded...! There is no lift, as advertised. The place was ok but it was filthy. The sofa 'bed'? I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it (if I had a dog!) Bit disappointed with Pillow Partners really for not responding to my emails, so know what to expect if you want to stay here...
