Nada. Después de intentar ponerme en contacto con la persona que la lleva durante 3 días , el día del check-in me manda un mensaje y me dice que no puede hospedarnos. Llevamos las motos por lo q no podía estar pendiente del teléfono,al final me dice q tiene otra casa...Nada q ver con esta pero en esa circunstancia y con lo cansados que estábamos nos quedamos con ella . Súper vieja, sucia , sin aire acondicionado etc. Lo único que pudimos guardar las motos

Location - easy walk into the historic area Plenty of parking on the street in front of property Bed was reasonably comfortable

Looked like tired student accommodation rather than tourist accommodation Did not seem good value for money, though there did not seem to be much accommodation available in the area If I came back I would stay in another town and day trip here One roll of toilet paper, could not find more. It was ok for 2 people, but if there had been 4 of us it would be a problem Not much equipment in the kitchen. Not even a bottle opener or knife for food preparation. Confusion as the owner seems to be advertising 2 properties at different locations in one listing. The 2 bedroom apartment is on R. Gil Vincente, but the one bedroom apartment is somewhere else. This creates confusion with ratings and reviews Very abrupt communication with host, did not seem very friendly compared to all our other hosts throughout France, Spain and Portugal. Listing photographs make it appear much nicer than it is

The place is very close to all the historic centre and main sights in Évora. There is a lovely garden with a lemon-tree. This place has potential but it needs some improvements.

It should be cleaner and there was this odd smell, kinda like rotten fish. Not sure if it's coming from the pipes or elsewhere. Overall, though, we had an ok stay but the smell thing kinda took away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. There is no duvet cover. The shower was hot just for the first person taking a shower, we waited more than 30 min for the boiler to get hot but it takes longer than that to get hot water. The front bedroom gets a bit of road noise.

If you want to seek pain in your dreams during winter, and get up at 2 AM to catch mosquitoes, then this guesthouse is a rather good choice.

The property is well located. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped though somewhat difficult to find as one end of the street is blocked off.
