The location in the city and working kitchen in the house

There are several areas in the house that would deserve a renovating. This is kind of heart breaking, for the location of the house, as it clearly means miss attention of the owner. Same thing for the fact there were working sites, exactly at the entrance (apparently for several months...), which are not mentioned (this affects confort...) > You can listen to these very early in the morning...not pleasant at all :(
