All of thee above, the peacefulness in and out of the home, beautiful sounds of the birds and the surroundings and scenic views from the front balcony to the bottom of the garden to the side of the property and the back from the garage. Short stroll to the park across the road that also leads you to the amazing beach front and the neighbourhood is not only friendly but very welcoming.

Location was perfect for what we required. Awesome views & a comfortable, cosy place. Overall we would definitely come back here. Thank you Josephine, especially when I had an issue with the booking (which was not Josephine's fault) but rectified asap.

Thought it would be a good idea to have a small milk in the fridge, only because we did not have a chance to get to the dairy on the first day of our stay. Driveway was a bit tight but we were made aware of this.

Just that our clothes were never getting dried in the dryer. Other than that. So beauuuutifuuuull

Amazing sea view, beautiful garden, tidy and lovely house, clean beds~ everything was perfect for our family trip. I would like to strongly this house.

the property was in a good location and very well equipped, everything we needed was there. nice decoration and the new sun deck was very impressive.

only down side was second bedroom dark and a bit stuffy.
