El lugar es maravilloso, amplio, cómodo, con todos sus artefactos funcionales.... Con calefacción central... Un lujo... Gracias por ofrecer este hermosos departamento

There was a good restaurant diagonally across the street from the property (La Selva). The location was good for the "Path of the Gods" hike.

We stayed in 5 B and B's in 2 weeks in Italy. All were great except for A due passi dalla costiera. The communication with the host was terrible, including getting the keys and being oriented to the apartment. We woke up every morning without heat and hot water. We were able to play with the thermostat to eventually get the heat and hot water to work for a while. The host checked on the issue twice in the 3 days and could not resolve the issue. There was also a big leak in the drain of the bathroom sink that would leak all over the bathroom floor. They told me that they could not have it fixed because it was a holiday weekend and that no plumber was available. The evening of our last night in the apartment, I sent the a message to the host to update them that we still had an issue with the heat, hot water, and the leaking sink., and that I was going to leave them a negative review. They wrote back that other guests never had a problem and that none of this was their fault. I told them that I am sure that they had to know about the leaking sink because it was leaking so bad. They eventually confessed that they did know about it before we arrived but they could get it fixed in time. However, within minutes of me completing my message to them, they were at the door with a part to temporarily fix the leak. However, they still could not fix the heat/hotwater issue. This was the worst B and B that we have ever stayed at, and I do not recommend staying here. The host does not take any responsibility.

Cleanliness, comfort was up to the mark. Owner was very helpful… Location was very good.. good space for parking your car.. all supermarket shops are on walkable distance.. Bedding was super comfortable.. Everything was above our expectations… Very happy with this stay.. and would like to visit again…
