The beda in the rooms could be a bit more comfy

It a relatively old, cosy house with a lot of potential on a great location, on a massive piece of terrain. We appreciated the effort to make it fancy with carpets and decorations. Nice couch and outdoor spot, the tilted roof and floor tiles made you feel cozy in it with two adults. Very quiet neighbourhood in november, almost no traffic and close by supermarket. Very friendly and helpful landlord

- Surface area of the house is almost 50% smaller than the advertisement; one part of the building is permanently rented out to someone else (private entrance, just next to the rental, friendly neighbour with a big dog) See attached picture. - The place needs serious renovation. Kitchen very old and did not invite to cook. Bathroom has a very small sized bath/shower, feels like children furniture. - Everything that could be bought to make it more comfortabel is there, all the other care renovation /works need to be done. We got a discount price but it is not worth the normal price - Garden is a piece of fallow terrain with concrete terrace (as you can see on the pictures) for us okay, but be aware of it. Would look great with some trees and care!

The space is spacious, bright and airy with an amazing garden that's not overlooked. The host was very responsive and friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped. It's a delightfully comfortable place to stay and well-situated in a quiet location. Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. We loved our time so much there we even extended and we'll definitely be back.

It could do with a little airing when not in use.

The house was very clean and the place is really close to the beach.
