Spacious and a lovely host that made it so easy for us with a 6 month old baby.

Location is fabulous.

Perfect location in the middle of everything

Stairs could be an issue for small children

Lovely safe area, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Even beach towels.

House is on five /six levels. Only one bedroom on same level as a toilet. Hard work for 84/83 year olds. Only fans to keep rooms cool. No air conditioning.

This house has everything you need. We didn’t eat in the house but kitchen looked to have everything you would need. Large house with big rooms, clean and very comfortable

It was so lovely and right near the Centre of Caleta. The host América was just so lovely, welcoming and accommodating- it’s such a lovely clean home 💕 I liked everything about it- it was a perfect stay. I will book this property again in the future, as I enjoyed my stay.

Only thing I’d say to be conscious about is if you like to sit out and have a drink when you get back from an evening out - it’s mostly residential so you have to be so quiet (we forgot ourselves on the first evening and was giggling- we got a very irate neighbour shouting) so after that we were very aware of our noise level and kept it too a minimum. The last evening we got told off and it wasn’t us making any noise it was people walking down the street cheering, laughing and screaming, she did however apologise when she realised it wasn’t us when the noise was still going on while she was talking to us 👍🏻 would go again but probably stay out a little later so we aren’t sat out on the terrace when we get back to the house. (I wouldn’t say this was a fault at all, just something to be aware of, to respect other working residents)

Very pleasant accommodation, clean and especially large (for families, larger groups).

Exactly as the picture , very clean and in a great location . Suited our needs perfectly as we were a group of 7.

Everything was great but you have to bear in mind if you’re a group of seven that there is only one shower and so. it always hot water.
