Bleibe- Quédate!

The boat was well-kept and had everything to suit our needs. It had a full kitchen, bathroom (with shower), AC, Wi-Fi and really everything that we could have needed to stay on the boat for our entire 3-day stay. It was cozy, clean, and equipped. Furthermore, our host, Sebastian, was excellent. He reached out ahead of time to provide very detailed directions and also checked in (via Whatsapp) during our stay to make sure we were comfortable along with providing local recommendations, which really made the trip that much more memorable.

A little bit to small, but it was expected

Everything! Great location. The bungalow is well equipped. I love they had water, ice cubes, and all the minimal/basic cooking items like oil, salt, tea. The AC was definitely a plus. Loved the decoration/mood of the place.

Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing!! From the minute we arrived, Sebastian greeted us and made us feel at home. He sent directions to supermarkets, links to boat trips and allowed us to pay later for the canoes. Nothing was too much trouble! We were incredibly fortunate to have the place completely to ourselves and felt like we had won the lottery!! The location was breathtaking. The onsite caretaker was attentive but also gave us space as a family. We really appreciated his help and friendliness. We cannot recommend this place enough. A slice of paradise!!!!

Great value for the location! I couldn't find anything similarly priced on the lake. It's a neat property, huge. The studio apartment is large too, more than enough room for my family of 5! One of my favorite stays on the trip. Sebastion's recommendations for food / tours / etc were on point!

Sound of the birds The surrounding nature

This is not a private home anymore or a private beach. Do you like the Pier? Be prepared to share it with the owner and his friends. Forget about getting up early to see the sunrise with a cup of coffee. You will be chilling right next to a boat house parked there with people living in it. Romantic Sunset with your partner? Won’t happen either. The view is obstructed by that boat house. You can get as cosy as you can while a family with children is trying to pass through, and their mates also. This is not a private beach. In fact all the grounds are shared with other people. No privacy. Don’t get me wrong, it is a beautiful place, you can hear the birds and it is slap bang by the lagoon. But you are not renting a private home. There are also plans to hire tents to others in the garden and rent the boat to even more. One big happy family. This is more like a hotel-hostel/campsite. Not a private home, no private beach. There is no Wi-Fi in the house. There is a router in the garden to service the owners’ boat and garden. Perhaps no Wi-Fi can be a good thing. The caretaker is a good man and very hard working. He has been poorly instructed by the management however about guests’ privacy. My partner woke up to see him 2m away from his bed, watering the plants (at the window by our bed). There are no curtains. The place is nice but it is a long way from catering to a comfortable stay. It’s all in the details. The managing director, friendly and accommodating at first, turned somehow bitter if not passive aggressive when we asked to leave after our ffitst night. He did not apologise for having people in the property during our stay. Lovely.
