Modern two bedroom house close to city centre

The location was good. It can seem a little sketchy when you first get there and the surrounding area is pretty dirty, but the apartment is right across from a school so it’s not an unsafe location. The apartment itself is clean and cozy for the most part. The kitchen is equipped with pretty much all you need and Lidl is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Unfortunately the beds aren’t very comfortable; they’re very soft and you can feel the springs through the mattress. The bathroom has black mold in various places and the whole apartment smells a bit musty. My brother’s allergies got really bad within the two nights we spent there. The shower is electric and doesn’t work well at all. The water kept going from ice cold to boiling hot, it was hard to regulate it. The apartment also got chilly at night, but the heating unit was on a timer for 2 hours maximum (unless we were missing something), so we had to keep turning it back on.

It was a bit out of centre, half hour walk, but we knew that so no complaints really.

I loved the fact that the property was very close to all amenities, 11 mins walk to Lidl grocery store. located at a quiet neighbourhood. about 5 mins walk to the soccer academy training facility. Bathroom water pressure was very good. Kitchen contains free tea bags, sugar and free coffee. the house is very neat and very spacious. good value for your money and within walking distance to the Belfast city centre.

There was some construction work directly opposite the property while we were there and during the week they started at 0700, which was annoying. Looked like they were finishing as we left the property. No draining board for dishes and no tea towels.
