Modern two bedroom house close to city centre

The property was excellent, clean and modern. The tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. We will definitely be booking again!

The flat location was perfect, lovely area and easy access to the property. The host communicated well and we had access to the full property.

Unfortunately this property is let down by the overpowering smell of dampness. We couldn't sit downstairs as it was unbearable. We only stayed here for two nights and were hardly in but i'd of been very unhappy if it were a week or longer. However, if thats something you can ignore, you'll have hit a winner.

House is great, easy to find and get keys. Well looked after, and well equipped. Location is good, lots of interesting things around, shops close by. Really liked the house and enjoyed the stay.

The area wasn't great and I wouldn't have felt safe walking at night. The house was clean but a little tired looking with some old stains/marks on floor & walls. Masking tape on the panel of the front door wasn't a good look on arrival.

Neighbourhood was quite noisy, unfortunately building works going on opposite side of road so workmen out shouting very early in the morning, neighbours to rear had dogs. Rear yard was flooded from a blocked grate at rear of property and guttering was broken so also lots of excess rainwater in rear yard. Only knives and forks for two people (4 of us staying). The shower hose was cracked near the top so water leaked out of it. Cooker hood was not working.
