Only the location is good.

Our experience was so pathetic I am running out of words to describe. There was huge water leakage in the apartment and there was water all over water in the dining area, when contacted the owner regarding same we were told that AC is leaking and we cant use AC for now and we will have to manage without AC. due to which we all 4 were forced to sleep in one room without AC. There were cockroaches in entire apartment and fungus with very unpleasant odour as if it was locked and not maintained since months. The power plugs were also not working. Also it was not mentioned anywhere that we need to drink tap water of kitchen sink, as there was no water bottles in the apartment when asked we were told to drink tap water. Every time we contacted the property owner for any issue we were told the same thing again and again that they have never got such complaints ever and it cant be possible.
